Used it for Sukiyaki grilling the same night I received it, heats up really fast and evenly! unlike other indoor grilling products, it does not make my house greasy or smokey at all. Good value and good quality. Wish could have more expansion skillets for this item! for example, a flat surface grill pan so I can switch to make panckes :)
I love my skillet! The plate heating element is the best part; it cooks everything so evenly. I've used it for breakfast foods (like the hashbrowns in my photo), curry, soups, "grilled" corn, etc.. I could cook just about anything with it. It was a great purchase.
